Madhu is the Founder and CEO of WaiSDOM.ai – an all integrated AI platform for SMB sector. Prior to this, Madhu was the Global Leader, Enterprise Data & Analytics, in Protiviti’s Technology Consulting practice, where she focused on providing data and analytics services including artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. She has almost 20 years of strategy and analytics experience across multiple industry groups, including financial services, retail, consumer packaged goods and healthcare.

Madhu has diverse experience across the analytics value curve -- from enabling single view of customer, intelligent automation to advanced analytics and optimization with special focus on AML, fraud, and risk analytics.

Prior to joining Protiviti, Madhu was a Partner, Advanced Analytics with IBM’s Global Business Services responsible for identifying and driving advanced analytics projects across industries. She also led the IBM-SAS Alliance and the SAS Center of Excellence. Prior to IBM, she served as the Analytics Practice Leader, Retail and Banking and Financial Services with Cognizant Technology Solutions. Earlier in her career, Madhu served as an Associate Vice President of Analytics at Hewlett-Packard in Chennai, India, where she built and led the advanced analytics team. Madhu holds a AI Certification from MIT, Sloan School of Business and a MS degree in Statistics from Banaras Hindu University.
